Most applications in Windows run with the same priority and consequently at the same speed. TopWinPrio allows your PC’s current top window application to run with higher priority i.e. faster and smoother than other open applications. TopWinPrio will give the application using the current window an “AboveNormal” priority, giving it more resources than other applications in the background. TopWinPrio runs in the background on your machine, and needs no administration; it will check periodically to see which window is currently being used and change priorities accordingly.
