Pricing and Licensing
An End User license is required for each user of Virtual Desktop Server.
An End User license allows use of both Virtual Desktop Server and virtual EXEs (clientless).

Annual Maintenance
The annual maintenance fee is 20% of the initial license cost per year when purchased within an active maintenance period. Maintenance includes access to all product upgrades and patches, technical support services, and web-based services. The first year of maintenance is required with all initial license purchases.
Maintenance Recovery: Maintenance purchased outside of an active maintenance period is recovered at 40% of the associated initial license cost.
Incremental Licenses: All licenses associated with a single customer account must be on the same maintenance cycle. If you add additional Build User or End User licenses to your account, maintenance on existing licenses will be prorated to the date of the latest purchase and the maintenance cycle will reset.
Educational Pricing
Spoon licenses are offered at a 50% discount to qualified K-12/primary school, college, and university educational institutions. Please contact sales@spoon.net or call us at 877-223-3551 (+1-206-774-8769 international) to make a purchase for an educational institution.
Payment Methods
You can purchase licenses and maintenance online using all major credit cards.
We also accept purchase orders, checks, PayPal, and wire transfer. Additional fees may apply to these payment methods. Please contact us for assistance with these alternate payment methods.
