Free and open source, PDF Split and Merge is a simple tool to split and merge PDF files. Use PDFsam to split your documents into chapters or single pages, merge multiple PDF documents, extract sections of your document into a single PDF document, or to rotate and visually reorder pages of a selected PDF document. PDFsam comes in a basic or enhanced version, the latter featuring additional encryption and decryption capabilities.
